Lovely as a Tree

Can you believe it, Lovely as a Tree is retiring this year!!!!! It is definitely a classic, must have set that I will always keep. It was released in 2001...wow, 18 years ago!!

For my card, I masked off the Whisper White cardstock except for the long rectangle. Here I sponged using Crumb Cake ink and a sponge dauber. Then I stamped the Crackle Paint background stamp over top (stamping off some of the ink onto scrap paper first). Then my most favorite part, peeling off the mask for the big reveal! The tree was colored in using Old Olive and Soft Suede Stampin' Write Markers. I actually did a Facebook Live to show you how it was done...check it out HERE.

Soft Suede card base - 11 x 4 1/4, scored and folded at 5 1/2
Crumb Cake - 5 1/8 x 3 7/8
Whisper White - 5 x 3 3/4, rectangle stitched framelit approximately 3 5/8 x 1 5/8
Old Olive - approximately 3 3/4 x 1 3/4
