For today's card making fun Facebook Live, I created not a card at all!!! It's actually a gift card holder. I used items from the Heartwarming Hugs suite. So fun to create when you use coordinating items from this suite!! Be sure and watch the video below...
Day 2 of my 12 Days of Christmas Facebook Lives is all about letting the pattern paper doin' the talking!! This card makes use of the 'Tis the Season designer series paper from Stampin' Up! And did you notice the envelope is also decorated with DSP?!! This is a quick card and oh so cute!! Watch my Facebook Live via YouTube below to learn how to create this card...
Yesterday was Day 1 of my 12 Days of Christmas Facebook Lives. I created a version of this card but using non-traditional Christmas colors. So fun!!!!! Watch the video below...
This is my card from a mystery stamping session during a team meeting. The dragonfly is from the new Dandy Garden suite, coming out in the new mini catalog. Oh and did you notice, my pattern paper is from the Magic in This Night paper pack, a Halloween themed pack!!! And I even remembered to decorate the envelope too!
This KISS technique (keep it simple silly) is one I don't often do. In fact, I'm really bad at it!!!!! So I decided to do just that, keep it simple. The card on the left was what I started with then stepped it up just a little bit with each creation. The card on the right is the most stepped up with the added layers, linen thread and enamel dots.
These two cards are very similar, one uses an embossing folder and the other uses the de-stressing technique, paper crumpling!!! Both I used a sponge dauber and lightly sponged some Crumb Cake ink over the wrinkles and along the edges.
