Happiest Birthday

I can't believe it's been a week since I last posted!! Holidays have a way of interfering with my stamping!! LOL!!

My upline's group on Facebook holds weekly creative challenges and this week we needed to use a stamp in a different way from how it was initially intended. I pulled out my Cool Treats and Christmas Quilts stamp sets and used the ice cream cones and quilt triangle and turned them into party hats!!! The little yellow pom pom on top of the hats is actually the cherry from the Cool Treats set! So fun to create! The best part, I was in need of a birthday card too!

Merry Christmas

This card served two purposes for me...it was a swap card as well as a card the ladies made at my November stamp camp. I don't know why I think the touch of black really made it! I so don't do traditional red and green so the black helped break that up. Here's a list of supplies I used:

Give Thanks

Happy Thanksgiving! It's just the three of us so I have a turkey breast in the crock pot and apple pie in the oven. Boy the house is smelling gooooooooood!!!

I wanted to share a Thanksgiving swap card I created our SU Facebook group. Tell me, which version do you like better? Both use the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper, just two different designs. And thanks to the Stampin' Up Markers, I was able to obtain the two different colors on the Labels to Love stamp.
