Weekly Christmas Card Challenge - Use a Stencil

Even though the stamp set and coordinating punch are retired, I still wanted to share my latest weekly Christmas Card Challenge where we had to use a stencil. The stencil is one of the Pattern Party Decorative Masks from the annual catalog. Believe it or not, I went traditional with my holiday colors (that is so not like me!!), Call me Clover (sponged over the stencil in an ombre effect) and Lovely Lipstick. A little pop of gold with the metallic pearls and this simple card is complete. Can't wait to see what our next challenge will be!!!

Measurements:
Thick Whisper White card base - 11 x 4 1/4, scored and folded at 5 1/2
Call Me Clover - 5 1/8 x 3 7/8

Blessed Christmas Wishes

Last week I wrote about a weekly Facebook Christmas card making challenge and here is round 2, add a bow. I pulled out a retired stamp set that didn't see enough ink and decided it needed some lovin'!! As you know, I'm a lazy stamper and coloring is simply not my thing, so clean and simple this became using stamps, ink and paper...and a bow! I went with one of each of the new In Colors and I must admit, I really like how they turned out. Now to see what the new challenge will be!!
