Merry Christmas

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. We traveled to Chattanooga, TN to visit our oldest son, Phillip. He cooked the turkey...and boy was it yummy!!!

Now that Thanksgiving is over, the rush to get prepared for Christmas is on! Here's a quick card I made using items from the Festive Farmhouse suite. I love this suite!!!! Fun and fabulous stamp set, designer series papers and embellishments. Put it all together for a wonderful array of holiday cards!

MIA...But Now I'm Back, Almost!!

I was at Stampin' Up's convention in FL over a week ago called OnStage. What an AMAZING time!!! I have the new Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogs and boy are you going to love what's inside!!!!! Here's a card I created for a Thanksgiving swap, using the adorable set Many Blessings from the Holiday Catalog. Now if you know me, you know I don't like to color, but this set is quick and easy using the Stampin' Blends.

Speaking of Thanksgiving, we are heading down to spend time with Phillip (our oldest) in Chattanooga, TN. I can't wait!! Now if only I could kick this cold before we leave, that I would be thankful for!!

Wish Big

Wanted to share a challenge card I created. The challenge was to make an "ugly Christmas sweater" card. Being the rule breaker that I am, I decided to make an ugly tropical shirt card instead!!! It's actually a reminder card for me to "wish big" and "make my dreams happen." This is inspiration and incentive for me to work hard to earn the Stampin' Up trip for 2020...in Maui!!!!!! I contacted my oldest son, Phillip, about it because the trip is scheduled over his birthday. I texted asking him if he would like to come along with me and I got a return text so fast...and his answer was "YES"!!!!! Then he called with all this business advice!! Guess he really wants to go!! Hahaha!!!
