Happy Spring

I have to chuckle sharing a "Happy Spring" card because last night our deck was covered...with snow!!!! Yes, we had nasty wind and snow, YUCK!!! I am so ready for warmer weather!! Anyway, I wanted to share a quick and easy card to create featuring the Country Floral embossing folder, a Sale-a-bration freebie for a $50 order. Keep in mind, you only have until the end of the month to take advantage of Sale-a-bration.

Here's how I created this card:
1.  Cut piece of Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4 and 2 3/4 x 4. Adhere the two pieces together with just a smidge of adhesive.
2.  Run thru the Big Shot using the Country Floral embossing folder.
3.  Pull off the top Whisper White layer and adhere to piece of Petal Pink that measures 2 7/8 x 4. Then adhere to a piece of Grapefruit Grove that measures 3 x 4. Adhere this down to the larger embossed piece of Whisper White which is also layered onto a 5 3/8 x 4 1/8 piece of Petal Pink and finally to a card base of Grapefruit Grove, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4.
4.  Stamp sentiment from Fable Friends set using Calypso Coral ink onto piece of 2 3/4 x 5/8 Whisper White. Layer onto 2 7/8 x 3/4 Petal Pink and 3 x 7/8 Grapefruit Grove. Attach to card and embellish using Frosted Flower Embellishments.
