Happy Anniversary

I'm playing along in a washi tape challenge, and getting two cards for the price of one! After laying down the washi tape on a diagonal, I die cut out the heart, giving me something to put on a 2nd card! I inserted a piece of glimmer paper so it would pop thru the heart opening then added dimensionals to elevate the white layer. Super quick and easy. Now I need to think about the second card!!
