Beach Vacation, You Make Me Happy!!

Boy this week has flown by!!! I can't believe it's Saturday already! We leave for home tomorrow, boo hoo:(  We have had a wonderful time here at the Outer Banks. This morning I was playing around with some retired 6 x 6 paper, chopping it up to make lots of quick cards and decided to add this little piggy to one! This couldn't be any easier than two 2 x 2 squares of pattern paper, a mat of 2 1/8 square and a fun image all adhered down to a white card base. The idea of cutting up the designer series paper gave me an idea to do a Facebook like series on that subject so be on the lookout!!

This Little Piggy...

Yes, I'm still at the beach but that doesn't mean I can't make some cards!!!! I brought some cardstock, DSP,  and a few stamp sets that need coloring. This house had some huge windows so the natural light is awesome, making coloring so much easier. Our Facebook group challenge this week was create a birthday card for a youngster (ages 1 - 10). I thought this little piggy would be ideal. When I get home I will add a happy birthday sentiment to the inside. Not bad for limited supplies!!
