One Sheet Wonder Birthday Cards

I did a Facebook Live the other week showing how to create 4 cards from one sheet of 6 x 6 DSP. I used the Garden Impressions 6 x 6 designer series paper because I needed a bunch of birthday cards and knew this paper would make some beauties. Harvest of Thanks

WHAT??? It's been 2 weeks since I last posted to my blog??!!! Crazy!! Work keeps getting in my way! Well today I have a sketch and card to share with you from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. At first I didn't know what to do with it...then I quit thinking so hard and then something popped in my head!!! Haha!

Yep, here's my card, using the wonderful Falling For Leaves bundle. I love that lacy leaf die cut. A super simple card to create, especially when using pattern paper to help out! I used the Nature's Poem dsp and based my color palette on that. Who knew Blackberry Bliss, Grapefruit Grove and Petal Pink were meant to go together!! Now let's see how you interpret the sketch from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge! Can't wait!!!

Getting into the Christmas Spirit

 Once again we have a marvelous sketch for you to try over at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. I find so much inspiration from a sketch, especially if my mojo is running a little on the low side!! 

Here's my card, and yes, it's a Christmas card!!! I can't stop using this gorgeous set, Wishing You Well.  I love it so much I'm basing my October Card Class in the Mail around it!! Be on the lookout for this!! I stamped the wreath in Gray Granite ink and the bow is in Merry Merlot. Believe it or not, this self-proclaimed lazy stamper actually cut out the bow...by hand!!!!! Haha!! The paper comes from the Joyous Noel specialty designer series paper pack. Talk about gorgeous!! Love the copper highlights. Check out the rhinestones, I colored them with the Bronze Stampin' Blend...just the perfect touch.
