Petal Palette Thank You

I needed a quick thank you card so I played more with the Petal Passion Memories & More cards to create this one...and in no time at all. The flower is actually one of stickers included in the card pack that I colored up with my Stampin' Blends. Before popping it up with dimensionals, I removed the stickiness by pouncing my Embossing Buddy on the back. For a list of all supplies used, check out below:

Just For You

I'm back from the Stampin' Up convention and I had a blast!!! So much fun stamping, meeting new friends and getting my hands on the new catalog!!! I've placed an order for some new goodies and can't wait to play. In the meantime, I got busy playing along with another sketch challenge, this time with Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2. What a great sketch, lots of fabulous layers!!!

And here's my card, making use of the Petal Palette stamp set and Petal Passion Memories & More Card Pack. I'm lovin' those card packs!! Lots of opportunity to create! I actually made a second card today using them and will post it tomorrow. For a list of all products used on this card, check it out below.

Also, the retiring list came out today so be sure and check it out HERE.

Anyone who places an order with me totaling $25 or more (before shipping and tax) by April 28th using the Hostess Code QBZ7HCPJ will receive a FREE catalog sent to your home!! And you're gonna want to see this catalog, it's awesome!!!

I'm Going on a Trip!!

Early tomorrow morning I leave for a Stampin' Up convention in Hartford, CT. I can't wait, it will be my first one!! I'll be meeting lots of people, and especially can't wait to meet fellow members of our SU group AND our upline!!! I had one last card to create before leaving, and it's for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.

I was in such a hurry to get my card done, I forgot to add some sort of background to the crumb cake layer. Oh well, such is life!!!!! The balloons were punched out of scrap pattern paper...great way to use it up. Check out all the products used on this card below:

Christmas Blessings

Since it is cold, extremely windy, and yes, still snowing, I thought a Christmas card was in order!!! This is a Z-fold card and super easy to make.

1. Cut your card base to measure 8 1/2 x 5 1/2. Score in half at 4 1/4. Score again along the 8 1/2 side, this time at 2 1/8.
2. Fold your card base in half. Fold your top flap back along the 2 1/8 inch score line to create the Z shape.
3. Decorate as you want!!

Told you it was simple!!! Check out below the current products I used. My designer series paper is no longer available, I just thought it went perfect with the Old Olive.
